Central Park Tower — Hotel in Santo Domingo

Let me tell you a little something about myself. I'm not one to splurge on expensive clothes because I don't really see the need to. However, when it comes to vacations, I always choose a destination that makes me feel like a boss, just like Rick Ross. I enjoy living a luxurious lifestyle.

Since 2021, whenever I visit the Dominican Republic, I stay at The Central Park Tower. It's located at Luis Escoto Gómez 13, Santo Domingo, 10125, the capital. The area is like the Soho of New York City. There's a supermarket called "National" just seconds away from the Airbnb, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you thought your hometown had a good happy hour, wait until you experience the happy hour in the Dominican Republic.

Let me talk about why I love Central Park Towers so much. The customer service is top-notch. When you enter the location, there are two front desk security guards dressed professionally to greet you. Over the years, I've become good friends with one of the guards. I truly value relationships, so I always feel safe Kiki's. On the second floor, there's a pool, gym, and sauna. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind.

I recently took a two-week break from New York City to clear my mind, and Central Park Tower was the perfect choice. If I'm not staying with my friend, I book the 70mt executive suite, which has two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a full stove, two spacious closets, a balcony in my bedroom, and a larger sit-down balcony in the living room. This Airbnb is truly on brand for me. And let's not forget about the air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. It's a must-have.

Central Park Tower offers different types of rooms, but one that you must try is the one with the built-in Jacuzzi. Trust me, it's worth it. I recommend booking directly with the location to save some money. And if you do decide to stay here, let me know about your experience.

On another note, Central Park Tower has recently opened another location called Central Park Suites, which is super cute. However, there's no oven, only a stove. But they do have a full spa on the premises.

Oh, and the best part? Ubers here are only $2-$5, and the location is just 25-30 minutes away from the airport without traffic. So, when you're planning a visit to the capital, make sure to check out Central Park Towers. And don't forget to say hi to Dioselivn, who will most likely be the one greeting you...

I really love the concept of this apartment hotel is a great idea if you want to visit Santo Domingo for few days and you want your own privacy and freedom like myself and not wish to bother relatives or friends staying over their houses. This Apartment hotel offers just that a temporary apartment for your visit, No house keeping as part of your stay is offer you need to cleaned yourself, i did ask for house keeping service but is was a $30.00 extra fee. No food or drinks or room service options is offer like a regular hotel you need to buy your grocery etc. This was great for me i cooked every day and invited family, friends over to eat and enjoy the hotels amenities like the pool, gym and Sauna no restrictions which i love it., I did not give a 5 star because I had few issue with the hotel, like the parking space are very small, you will struggle coming in and out of the parking lot. Also the bathroom have a bad smell like a sewer smell, I have to leave the bathroom window open at all time, and the living room bathroom was worse, I couldn't enter because of the foul smell, I called the front desk and complaint about it... They just suggested to leave the widows opens because the weather was to hot and maybe was causing the smell to go up the sinks, very unpleasant... But overall I will stay in this hotel in my futures Santo Domingo Visit, and I 100%...

Check in was very fast, the lady who welcomed us was very warm and informative. We had no problems finding the place and it is in a very quiet area yet right in the middle of the city. Everything was walking distance, or a short ride away. We walked to the Silver Sun mall, to the Blue Mall, there is a La Nacional supermarket 3 minutes away. It felt like home and safe, we usually walked back to the tower after dinner around 11PM with no problem and we felt safe the whole time. The apartment was very clean and they thought about everything. The only issue we had is the light in our bathroom did not work. We did not turn on the AC since it was a very nice temperature in the apartment the whole time we were there. I loved the distribution and all the little touches that made it perfect for staying as a couple or family. We never regretted not renting a car this time for our stay, the Uber was always just a few minutes away and the rides were pretty cheap. We totally enjoyed our stay and we will...
