Pizzarelli — Restaurant in Santo Domingo

Below was my previous experience at that particular restaurant and I decided to go back. I definitely have to change the 2 stars to 1 star now, and if we would have a lower option I would select that. I asked for the breadsticks and the served something that looks liike that but tast not good. I asked for parmesan no parmesan on the restaurant, I asked for an extra sauce, they want to charge $2 for that. Do not go there. It is my personal opinion, i tried to talk to the manager fruitlessly. The attendant served, customer service is graded as poor or averaged not exceptional customer service showed at all I asked about four more bread and even if they charge me more there is not a problem but they say no we only have a couple for the lasagna no more than that and that makes me think that they do not prioritize the customer satisfaction. Food was great as always... I've been to different Pizzarelli branches recently and service is just getting worse. In this one I fel service was really slow, not enough EE for the whole place.

The cool thing was that I was able to accomplish a goal of going to a place where My dad and my kids could spend some time together without being that far away from each other, and this was accomplished in the second floor.

The place to play is definitely a great area.
