SUCH A LOVELY SUPRIZE, Thank You!

As I walked in, the first thing I noticed was suspiciously clean and peacful place, noone there except a couple of young local waitresses and an asian beauty in simple traditional clothes walking like a character from a movie crouching tiger... i guess the owner who made me feel I walked into a book from past times of traditional china. At this point I was starting to suspect i had walked into a wrong place but table setups suggested otherwise🤔... I sat down facing the back of the restaurant where a giant screen played videos of traditional Chinese cooking, scenes of nature all embedded in ambiental music erasing all the problems of the world and immersing me in my little world where my only task now is to decypher the menu. Confuzed by the spanish descriptions of chinese food names i ordered wonton soup, the only dish i menage to memorize🤤 and went on googling Chinese dishes. Luckily fast wifi is available for guests so all went well:) The soup was the best i ever had and so i went on to try my luck with chow suey fried pork, portion of rice and spring rolls. Amazing, at this point i am not starving, but able to enjoy the palette and textures of al dente veggies and crispy meat. Everything perfect and balanced. Giant portions made me regret i had no company cause two people could feed on one dish no problem. Being by myself and a big dude I made it a quest to finish up like a good mama's boy...and barely made it.

A lot of folks started arriving soon, families, couples, a group of Italian gentlemen (and they are picky eaters🤌;)

After this fine dining experience i was wishing for hunger to magically strike again so that i can keep this moment rolling. Having some tea seemed a good alternative. I cuningly figured I'd get to chill and sit out the crushing wave of post-feasting fatigue (of a post 40 human), while still technically being a client..for almost 2h i had a temporary office at my table and worked on my laptop, while overdosing on tasty hot tea and abusing wifi. Turns out they didn't care...and all this tea had been complementary...

The bill was rediculously cheap. I wonder how they make it through, cause it is not one of those places that primarily does deliveries...

Unfortunately I leave the island tomorrow, and before i head to bed i wanted to put a good word for this place.

Btw, toilettes super clean and 1 star reviews out there are bulls**t and unfair, maybe these folks were in another place?

If you value your time and money please do not come to this place. Food was awfull not only in taste but on the stomach too. I got a stomachache after eating. Do not rent a room for celebrating anything here. A.C. didnt work, sound system, didnt work, tv didnt work, and when we asked if we could connect our own computer audio they clearly said no. Worst, bathroom was dirty and in poor condition. Moving to customer service we were 7 and the ones in charge always refused to attend us, instead they sent the waitress that she was so helpless that said we needed to do all the orders together under the same person cause she gets troubled if its multiple people ordering under different orders, there is a minimun spending at the restaurant of 7.5k but the minute we were there it was so bad that we wanted to leave and not order anything. The last thing is the place closes by 10pm but by 9:40 they were already on top of us and removed the privacy. Sincerly i dont know how i didnt see this coming when we went there to check the place. This place should be closed...

I have been coming here for several years and some of the best Chinese food I’ve had. Place is large and never had a problem finding a seat. The portions are large and the prices very reasonable. 2-3 people can share 1 dish. We always end up taking home a doggy bag

Their hot and sour soup is some of the best I’ve ever tasted. It’s not on the menu so you have to ask for it. And if the server says they don’t have it ask to see the manager. They have it.

Tonight I ordered eggplant and chicken and it was fantastic. Huge fish and great flavour of the eggplant with a sauce.

My only issue is how they bring the food out. If you order an appetizer and some main courses, the main courses may be delivered to your table first.

Tonight my eggplant dish came first and then had to wait about 10 min for the accompanying white rice. Like they’re coming my rice from scratch 😂 A bit frustrating but nothing will change even if you ask them to bring it out as you wish.

Nonetheless I eat there several times every time I’m in...
