We picked place based on the reviews, no idea why place was empty and this is always bad but because we were so hungry decided to come in. Food was good, served nicely, we had to wait probably kitchen was only starting up. Overall good experience with fair prices.

Y los encargados son adorables, gracias por su amabilidad, buen humor y por todo 🙏 Cet endroit est magique, c’est un restaurant familial, on y mange extrêmement bien, et l’ambiance est juste géniale, allez-y les yeux fermés, mon endroit préférés à saint domingue, le menu paraît simple mais tout est frais et très bien préparé. I moved to Zona Colonial 3 weeks ago and discovered La Piedra through a friend. It has since become my regular restaurant to go. I never thought I would find one of the best burgers ever in Zona Colonial in DR, but I did. I just celebrated my 2nd birthday in Zona Colonial with food from La Piedra. Henry and his team did not disappoint. Arrived exactly on time and everything was delicious. GREAT value for money! I recommend them strongly if you have some people over at your place but their location by the ruins of monastery is great as well. Thanks again...

One of my absolute favorite places, been going here back and forth for years, the owners are amazing and give you a cozy/homemade feeling. You feel like you’re visiting your friendly neighbor for a BBQ in the backyard🥰💜will always come back, and can never miss the fry yuca sticks!!
