Only for view Our order today was 2 cups of flat white One normal with normal full fat milk The other one was almond milk and caramel drizzle not syrup I asked for vegan milk due to lactose intolerance Caramel was very poor few and tastless (and I’m not ex-covid because i can taste every single piece of food and i tasted well the brownies and cookies) But my coffe came with normal milk not almond milk .. because i use the type they use in the coffeeshop at home everyday (Alpro barista) And the barista insisted that it’s vegan And i got a severe stomachache and diarrhea after drinking my coffee which it wasn’t vegan milk So take care specifically if u are taking order with someone who consume dairy milk Plus i talked to the cashier, she talked in a very bad attitude specially after i told her no caramel drizzle in my coffee !!! I’m wondering how a such beautiful view like that and they serve a the worst service & coffee even the baristas are not professional and their attitude is not friendly!! It’s based on my experience not all !! But personally I don’t think I’ll revisit this...

I'm a regular customer of cilantro, and I used to like the place, but the service now isn't as good as it was. Now, everytime I order a small americano they give me a regular cup!! It happened in El rehab branch, Korba, Mohandessen. I even sent my review to customer service and got nothing. And the last time I was in Alexandria, I made it clear that I wanted a small coffee, and the cashier looked at me and nodded okay. Then the barista gave me 2 regular Americano!!! I looked at the manager and told him I asked for a small one he said that the small is for the flat white!! Why don't they just say this to customers when they order the coffee?!! There isn't much difference in the price, just a couple of pounds, but the regular cup isn't easy to hold as the paper cup is so soft. And I don't like my order being ignored and given whatever they like. Respect the customer and give them what they want. Another thing.. ask the customer what blend they prefer and don't...
