Rooftop — Restaurant in Alexandria

If I had my way, it would not have been A STAR, NOTHING BUT AWFUL SERVICE We booked a table for 10 ppl as it was our friend’s birthday and we wanted to make it special day for him We have made it to the restaurant and there was no Available table!!!!!!! Like how come? What is the point of the reservation then if you are not able to hold the table? So you can take a reservation but you don’t know how to hold a table? Nothing but a joke

And there a VERY RUDE WAITER with green or blue eyes I guess, he was really rude and he was like, so you are not gonna order?? And we were like, we are waiting for a table patiently, and he was like, well we’re fully occupied so you’re gonna wait for an hour to order??? And we informed him that we already made a reservation and he was like yea but we are already occupied Then if you are occupied when you took our reservation then

We waited for more than an hour patiently and we left at the end

Terrible...

Honestly this is the only place i will visit every-time i come to Alexandria. I usually go to Ecuador Coffee next door, but its always overpacked with kids.

I highly recommend this place as a sightseeing for tourist and local residents to go away from the city while being in the city.

I went for the rooftop combo breakfast and it was very filling, tried their lemon mint, frappe and water of course and paid less than 300LE

The quality over all was amazing, for food drinks and services.

Everyone is super nice and was on point. Lovely place and staff.

The place is located on the roof of Ramsis Hotel on the top floor greattttt setting and decor all around they even have a big empty room for events and have a great big menu with alot of varieties.

Will definitely recommend this place and come back...

Rooftop is one of my favorite cafés in Alexandria. I usually come here once a week or every other week, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is best in the morning and early afternoon — calm, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. It does get crowded in the evenings and at night, but that’s understandable given how popular it is.

The food and drinks are excellent — always fresh and high quality. The staff are very professional, friendly, and attentive. They really know how to take care of their guests. There is one staff member who isn’t as friendly, but I rarely see him, and it doesn’t affect my overall experience at all.

Overall, Rooftop is a place I always recommend in Alexandria. Whether for breakfast, coffee, or just to enjoy the view in the afternoon, it’s definitely...
