We were brought here by our tour guide. The place must be a lunch place for tour groups. We sat down and our tour guide said he would leave for prayer and the food was already paid. While we were waiting a waiter came over and asked to order smoothies and all 3 of us wanted Mango flavor. He handed over the smoothies and said 3 USD or 150 EGP each. BTW, the mango smoothie was priced at 90 EGP in the 5 star hotel we stayed by the Nile in Cairo so we were a bit surprised at the charge. We said our tour guide said it's paid already and maybe wait for him to come back to clarify and we will pay at the end of the meal if needed. After 25 minutes the food finally came and the taste was ok. Our tour guide came back and the manager also brought him a mango smoothie. At the end of the meal the waiter came back to ask to pay $9. And we confirmed with the tour guide that it was not included although his smoothie was free. So we gave the waiter a $20 USD bill and expected $11 back. He delayed a minute and gave us back $1 as if we only gave him $10. We confronted him and pointed out he put $20 at the bottom of the stack. Then he played confused and tried to give us 200 EPY back and we said no and asked for $11. At the end he did give back $11. Be aware of hidden charges on your bill!! The scenary on the sea is beautiful. You can sit next to the waves hitting the shore. However, the food was not amazing and the service was very poor. When we got the bill we found that the prices were changed from the menu, small amounts were added to every item and even the 205 tawok was changed to 250! Then we were charged for the extra items with the grill meal without this being mentioned when ordering. And they even charged us for the tissues they brought to the table and weren't used! 175 EGP was added in hidden costs on top of tax and service charge! Really check your bill. While it is not a large amount, the problem was that the costs were not transparent and prices were just changed from the menu. We will not be returning to the restaurant! And will stick to more friendly and welcoming restaurants just...

View is on the sea, food and drinks are okay. But the service are the worst, the manager himself can't take a distinctive decision on his own without returning to the main HQ manager, they couldn't allow us to sit or even service us as we were 4 people, 3 of us ordered their well-known breakfast but only 1 of us got external food due to health conditions and restraints.

They said that we can't even sit or being served for this case, we are considered to be foreigners from the city, but they disnt care and the manager himself said that he cant do anything abiut that, then what is the difference between him and the one who serve food when he cant take a decision concerning our case.
