Castello café & more — Restaurant in Alexandria

I've been to Everyday 6 or 7 times, and finally I found a place that gets EVERYTHING right! Bravo to Ahmed the owner and Rami the manager! 🤗 Indeed, they pay attention to all details.

This is a bright and clean Corniche restaurant-cafe.

The cook understands that we eat with our eyes and our mouths. Lovely food presentation, large portion sizes, rich flavors.

Big, clean windows with a lovely sea view. The interior is modern, clean; doesn't feel heavy and oppressive like too many other Alexandrian cafes.

Coffee drinks are good, and the waitstaff is polite and attentive. Music is tasteful, not overly loud. The vibe here is European. Bravo! 😊

Pricier (somewhat) than other cafes, but here you get what you pay for. Also: cash only, no credit cards...

The whole logo and business concept was stolen from Everyday Cafe in Pittsburgh, PA USA! The owners probably thought no one would find out but I went to Alexandria in July and accidentally saw it while riding in a taxi. I immediately googled it to make sure my eyes weren’t deceiving me. I was completely shocked to find out they stole everything… logo, decor, menu items, and the actual name! Crazy! You should be ashamed of yourself! It has also an amazing direct view with sea!

The beverage wasn’t that good, i have ordered an iced Cappuccino it was so sweet, it had much sugar But anyway i have drink it up.

Also the waiter boys was looking at us so much that made us very uncomfortable.
