My group of three adults and one child recently visited Ayadina for a casual lunch, and our experience was a blend of highs and lows.
On the positive side, the food was the clear highlight. Every dish we ordered was flavorful, well-made, and genuinely tasty. The restaurant itself has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, and the separation of smoking and non-smoking areas is a nice touch.
Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our visit. The most disappointing was the misleading claim about ingredients. The restaurant states that it uses olive oil, but the oil provided at the table and the oil mixed with the za'atar were clearly not. This kind of misrepresentation is a big concern.
Service was also an issue. Our waiter had a habit of approaching the table silently, without so much as an "excuse me" or "ahem." On more than one occasion, we realized he had been standing there, listening to our conversation, which was unprofessional and quite off-putting.
Lastly, a major flaw was the lack of proper cooling. During a hot summer day, the central air conditioning was broken. The restaurant provided portable fans, but they were incredibly noisy and offered minimal AC effect, which severely degraded the overall ambiance and comfort of the meal.
While the food itself was excellent, the combination of unprofessional service, a major comfort issue with the cooling, and a misleading claim about ingredients would make me...
Read moreOnly this branch. We had a wonderful dining experience at Ayadina Lebanese Restaurant! We tried several delicious dishes, including Kibbeh Labanieh, Kibbeh, Tabbouleh, Fattoush Beiruti, Hummus, Sujuok, and Warak Enab, accompanied by green tea. One of the highlights was the freshly baked hot bread and the delightful snacks that resembled chips, as well as the thoughtful small gift of bread with olive and za’atar—a lovely touch that added to the experience.
This wasn’t our first visit, and once again, everything was perfect. The atmosphere was enchanting with Fairuz songs playing softly in the background, creating a warm and authentic ambiance. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and every corner is Instagram and Pinterest-worthy, making it a feast not just for the palate but for the eyes as well.
A special shoutout to TAMER, who provided exceptional service! He was professional, polite, and presented everything beautifully, making us feel truly cared for. His attention to detail and gentlemanly demeanor enhanced our experience even further.
From the cozy vibe to the exquisite flavors and impeccable service, Ayadina is definitely a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Lebanese cuisine. Highly...
Read moreCool lebanese vibes and nice decorations. Fatoush was perfect and deliciously sour. Batata hara was also good. Didn't like the mini checkin shawrma as it was too oily (bread itself was oily on top). What let me down was the service.. I sat for looong time waiting for my waiter to showup.. I asked one of the helper to call anyone to assist me but no one showed up.. I ended up walking myself to the cashier and asking for check without finishing my order. Apperantly The manager decided to have a meeting with all the staff while all of us customers had to wait forever 😆 if the manager is that unprofessional then it's uselss to complain or anything. I usually don't say this but it's overpriced giving my whole experience outcome. I expected a bit better knowing that I'll pay extra compared to similar...
