McDonald's Al Manial — Restaurant in Cairo

I’ve tried this branch for like 2 years now since I moved to Egypt. Food tastes like any other McDonald’s, but this time unfortunately I countered something that I find disturbing and disrespectful. For some reason the branch manger is shouting with all his lung capacity at the employees. And they were mopping the floor to the point of flooding the place and leaving no space to wait at. Always busy place with families and many many children running everywhere, noisy place out of control due to staff shortage, Toilets are not always clean and no one cares about them that many of street guys and children use them without any kind of hygiene, quality of food in rush times decrease obviously, items are mistaken and it turns into a mess, not recommended, if you need another branch near that area, Murad's branch would be a...

Last time I went it was very crowded. The branch looks really small as a first impression but when I entered it was really spacious.
