3al genena - St George Hotel — Restaurant in Giza

Edit: I returned to 3al Gnena after leaving my first review here. Mr Hasan ( the manager approached ) me and apologized for our bad pizza experience. He promised that the matter has been addressed and offered us a free pizza to taste and it was absolutely fantastic!! The crust was good. The sauce was tasty. The cheese was legit. The whole pizza was absolutely tasty. It's great seeing how attentive management and staff are at this place. We appreciate the gesture!

The place is quite lovely. The general vibe is positive and fun. The staff are friendly and attentive enough (shout out to Fathy and Ali)

The view is nice during the day though the sky can be pretty hazy.

Coffee is alright, and wifi isn't bad. The prices aren't bad either. The only reason I'm giving the place 4 stars and not 5 is because this is literally the place where I had THE WORST PIZZA IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Seriously the absolute worst pizza . It was just terrible, the memory of it hurts my brains as much it hurts my intestines. Every pizza from anywhere is probably better than this.

Very cozy! The best atmosphere in giza. But it was crowded in friday i know that, however, the Service was good and fast.

You should enjoy their view.. the best view in giza! At night with stars in the sky in addition loud music with laughing moreover friends.. Or at the early morning with light and warm sun.. you can see huge number of trees there.. I loved it.. my first time and will not be the last visit..

The price is good enough.. compared to service, view, and your privacy there. They also have bein sports for europe matches.. i watched realmadrid vs real betis there.. there was enough number of Televisions

Very bad experience. Overpriced food, terrible quality.

I ordered a burger with mozzarella sticks, both of which arrived cold and stale. If a burger costs 3 times as much as any burger chain it really shouldn't arrive cold, dry, and without the toppings mentioned in the menu. Very poorly and carelessly prepared. My friends ordered a chicken BBQ pizza. It was so overpriced and small, barely had any chicken, and it turned their stomachs. Very poor quality standards, and it's very unlikely I'll be returning again.

Unfortunately just another below-average shisha lounge. Used to be much better a few years...
