I had a very disappointing experience on this outing. There are several disadvantages that made it a bad choice. Firstly, the time of launching is more than 45 minutes. Additionally, there is a lot of disorganization, such as having to wait in long queues just to activate the ticket.

The staff are unfriendly, with poor attitudes, lack of smiles, and untidy appearances. The food offered is an open buffet, but the quality is very poor. They encourage you to eat as little as possible, especially the proteins like fish, meat, and chicken.

The sound experience was terrible. The sound system is excessively loud, and I had to visit a doctor after the outing because I was seated opposite the sound system, which was a disastrous placement. The entertainment staff were also very unprofessional, making the overall experience quite bad.

A very important notice: This outing is not suitable for families, especially Islamic families, as there are many belly dancers and the environment is not in line with Islamic family values.

Terrible experience. We reserved over the phone the morning of the cruise. They asked us to send a deposit of 30% via Vodafone cash. We were not able to do it because we have an American telephone number. We called them back and they said don't worry about it you can pay upon arrival. We arrived 45 minute prior to the cruise time only to be told that there was no reservation. After a while, they found a table for us. After we boarded the boat, order our drinks and the buffet dinner started, they asked me to get off the boat and go back to the reservation window because they said we were short on the payment. Mind you, we paid exactly what they asked us to pay. First they said we were 800 egp short but somehow it turned into 250 egp short. I paid it without questioing so I can get back on the boat which was about to leave with my wife and 3 kids on it. Entertainment was good, except for the fake violin player. Awful experience. Avoid this tourist trap. We knew we were going to have an unsatisfactory experience the moment we saw the gaudy outdated decor and sat on the worn out chairs that viciously snap hard on your fingers as you sit or pull towards you. Very average food at high cost and the buffet was only available for a very short period of time. Same for the desserts. We were short one seat for the booking and the staff were rude as we tried to resolve. The music volume is ear piercing and tinny and the quality of the singer no better than local karaoke. We escaped to the upper deck to save our ears and to have a conversation. Drinks not included. Have to pay to use the toilets on board. Whole experience was an outrageous disappointment.
