9/17 update replied on the cafe’s response: I am not the one who reserved the table and confirm no decoration which is correct. However if you check all the points I made was still valid even I have not made the reservation and even we don’t have decoration. I bring a banner cloth and asked staff to support us to hang on this. He tried but not possible to be done as he has no tap at all. To be honest, that is understandable but the serve way was not great as I need to check with him more than 4 times to finally understand he cannot support on this due to equipment issue. He can say me after 1-2 try and I wouldn’t have to wait and keep checking on him. Also, for the cake cutting, your staff brought the cake to table but didn’t check if we need anything after all. We had to ask plates and you mentioned we didn’t ask in the beginning— that’s understandable but when plates came and we had to asked forks again. Entire time was we were asking the favor and notify your staffs, not your staffs notify themselves and serve us. You mentioned about rush hours at 22, by that time was not totally the case. Regarding to sitting area, your staff kindly showed us the choice of outside sitting but not really prepare the tables.. your response was wrong statement. We said them to waited and we checked the outside area and discussed with family and immediately mentioned to your staff that we will continue sitting inside, so there was no additional effort from your staff in this scene. About the chair seating, understood that we don’t have decoration; however I have mentioned the sitting arrangement. You didn’t arrange three tables to be together as close area. There were just 3 tables lay in one line.. like regular setup in your daily business. I personally think you could arrange it better as close section as we mentioned we were doing celebration purpose and I think that’s small arrangement you could support us as service charge for this party. Last thing, if you mention about reserving table from morning even we requested only from 10 then I recommend for people who only need particular timing and few hours in evening, should really consider about this carefully as it might Not be the right place to reserve to celebrate. Because you will end up paying some hours which your group people were not even there. Also, your staff didn’t mention to the person who reserved that we can come since morning.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with your venue but we had great experience birthday party with another venue next day.

The worst birthday party experience. Would not recommend and also would not have party next time. We all sit in closed area without proper table arranged. We sit three groups separately and the cafe didn’t help us to arrange tables and chairs to be able to close to each other. We bring our decoration and the staff tried to help but finally nothing has been done. They helped to arrange the cake but there was no plates to serve right away. We had to keep asking plates and forks each time. They brought plates first then we asked then they brought forks. They charged 500 for the service while we reserved the table but not really a full birthday service they were giving us. Quite disappointed. They also mentioned they reserved table for us since morning (we only asked from 22:00) and music service (we didn’t ask for and generally cafe has music as well)

I went there yesterday I ordered cheesecake which they has it in the menu for 40 LE , they serve something but cheesecake it looks like cheesecake but it’s not it just piece of crisp and cheap whip cream on top the taste was gross and I order iced whipped Mocha they called icing Mocha it’s actually looks so good they made it with arts but made it with so cheap ingredient no Mocha at all instead they used some cheap CoCo powder it tasted awful the staff was so friendly though and the place not that bad but the quality is so low standard sorry being there will be the last time this kinda of cheating they rather take it off the menu if they actually can’t made it. We went here 3 times. The first time, everything was perfect and the food was great. The second time, the food was only Okay and the Waiter didnt really understand what we want to eat, but it was still fine (even tho the music sucked). However today, we had grilled fish filet that was extremely dry and barely edible, Fried fish filet that was extremely rubbery and the fried chicken was also mid. After we were done eating, we ordered one more round of the drinks and the waiter forgot about it. They also forgot about our extra sauce order and the free water everyone gets.
