McDonald's Sharm IV — Restaurant in South Sinai

**racist worker Went to McDonald’s with my family. On arrival I met a local Egyptian and they informed me about this McDonald’s app and the deals that they give so I downloaded the app and the next day I went to the McDonald’s takeaway and try to order from the app, when the Worker seen that I was using the app. And realised I am not Egyptian. He began to say this app does not work in the store. Very rude , and was just racist just because we are not Egyptian and from a different country we got treated with disrespect. I don’t understand why I was spoken to so rudely. To get a deal that is advertised inside store and on the app which also gives their location and if you walk into the store, you can see the deals from the app written in English but they will assume your illiterate and can’t read a simple sign. Very disgusted with the service and how we all was treated. They should have good workers not staff who see you as an outsider and treat anyone like this so upsetting. I don’t believe any other country would even do this why give egypt...

Guy at the till was pretty helpful and had good English and good compression of my questions and dialogue. Please make sure that for your customers safety if there are any building works that you quarden off the area or put signs. O. This day you had welding going on above and the spark falling down could injure someone. The milkshakes were not frozen as they ought to be and were allready melting when they hit the counter. They are also sickly sweet sonot sure if that's normal or mix is bad. Service time on food prep was was okay. Guy serving me made the experience better than normal. Last thing I would suggest is to change your mop! I suspect this is the reason for the very off-putting smell in your restaurant. Other than that the place was quite clean and had plenty of seating. Seating outside too but would not take that option with the numerous stray dogs...

Bit disappointed, came for a taste of home as we have a very picky 12 year old with us on holiday.

Unpleasant smell when you come in, not sure what it is, but not nice. Tables and floors looked dirty. The AC sucked, was very hot inside.

Food wise, the burger (double cheese burger) tasted the same as home to me, but very dry patty. Fries were amazing, very large portion. Husband got a big mac and said it tasted nothing like the UK. Daughter had nuggets, they taste a bit different but are OK I guess. She loves them back home but not so much here.

Staff member that served us was great though, good English and was helpful when we asked if they served certain items from the UK.

I can get over it tasting a bit different- it's another Country. Atmosphere (dirty, too hot, bad smell)...
