Pasta Mia — Restaurant in South Sinai

I have just finished my pasta meal and i could not wait for my review to be up here. Weve had a bolognese beef, ravioli chicken and beef. (Delivery)

And one of their 4 selective ice teas. I could not spread the happiness i felt through this meal. we’ve never had the chance to try pastamia that much.

The quality is exceptional and the lil details of everything.

Ice tea came cold with no ice thus this was not an error at all, cause when i added ice the tea was accurately adjusted as the flavor dissolved. The time of fast delivery was less than 30 minutes when other restaurants in dahab take atleast an hr. The pasta was heavenly. I wouldn’t say i am a pasta master or anything but this, with all due respect to all restaurants owners in dahab is by far the best pasta I’ve tried in dahab, hence if not in my life. We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant and were absolutely blown away. The pasta and ravioli were outstanding — fresh, rich in flavour, and cooked to perfection. My mum, who’s an avid traveller to Italy, said it felt like she had been transported back there just by the taste alone!

The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely. One thoughtful detail that stood out — they even placed a water bowl outside for the local stray dogs and cats, which says so much about the heart behind this place.

Oh my god, this is quite literally the best restaurant I remember ever eating at. Who knew such a small restaurant could make such majestic food. Could be because I was very hungry beforehand too. I had lentil soup and pesto pasta and they were the best lentil soup, and the best pesto pasta, I have ever eaten. The restaurant's manager, Abdullah, was very friendly and welcoming.
