Seaduction Dahab — Restaurant in South Sinai

I’m writing this review as a sincere and constructive critique because I believe Seaduction has great potential and I would love to see it thrive. The food here is truly delicious, full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. That’s why it’s especially disheartening that the service does not match the quality of the kitchen.

Unfortunately, the experience with the staff really took away from what could have been a wonderful evening. We had to ask for menus ourselves, and when we did, we were met with unfriendly looks from the waiter. Throughout the evening, the service felt inattentive. We had to go and look for the waiter every time we needed something, as he was never checking in on the table.

Additionally, our drinks were served in plastic cups. Considering Dahab’s serious plastic pollution problem and the level and pricing of this restaurant, this felt totally unnecessary and disappointing. I strongly encourage the management to reconsider this practice and align the presentation with the quality and ethics of the place.

One of the most uncomfortable moments came at the end of the evening when a friend who left early didn’t pay her share, and we didn’t realize. When we asked about the bill, the waiter responded with a very unpleasant attitude, almost refusing to explain. It felt strange and unwelcoming, especially as paying customers who were trying to clarify a genuine mistake.

It makes me sad to say this because the food really deserves praise, but the service left us with a negative overall impression. I hope the management takes this as helpful feedback. With some attention to staff training, service culture, and more eco-conscious choices, Seaduction could become one of the top spots in Dahab. Seduction Dahab – A True Culinary Oasis 🌟

I recently ordered the Chicken Maglooba from Seduction Dahab and asked if they could make it vegetarian. To my delight, they were more than happy to accommodate, and the result was absolutely amazing. The flavors were rich and authentic, making it one of the best meals I’ve had in years. As a vegetarian, it’s rare to find someone willing to make such a traditionally meat-based dish, and they nailed it!

This dish holds a special place in my heart because my grandmother used to make Maglooba from scratch, cooking it underground for days using ingredients from her own farm. It was something I thought I’d never taste again as a vegetarian. But thanks to Seduction Dahab, I was able to relive those cherished memories, and I’m beyond grateful.

To top it all off, they delivered it to me at midnight right on the beach, setting it up on the sand—such an unforgettable experience! The personal touch and attention to detail here are truly unmatched.

I also tried their salmon steak, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and just the right balance of seasoning. Every bite was pure bliss. We are a couple of travellers that have lived a year in Zahlè (which is consided to be the gastronomical capital of Lebanon) for about a year. After seeing the good reviews of Seaduction in Dahab, we decide to give it a try. We texted Mustafà who is the owner to ask him to bring our own bottle of wine with us and he had no problem about it, which made our dinner experience even more enjoyable! We ordered many mezzeh from the menu and main course which we shared. Which was a good choice as the portions are very generous. The food was lovely, we reccomend the Beetrot Rocca salad. Very nice hummus, lovely mettabel and fresh yogurt salad. Also the main Chiken Makloubeh was delicious. Overall the food is fresh, tasty and most important of all is clean. Nassal was our waiter was friendly, polite and professional. At the end of our meal we met the owner Mustafà, after an introduction he very kindly treated us with a complimentary indulgent chocolate fondant dessert from the house. The prices are reasonable especially considering how big the portions are. The ambience is also very good,nice lounge music and enough space to properly chill.
