Shanti is a pearl in the most beautiful and most authentic "Dahab-as it-used-to-be" street in Assalah. Tucked away between Bedouin houses and decorated with the most beautiful street art and colourful trees and flowers, this street breathes and vibrates the true nature of Dahab's creative vibe.

Shanti itself combines rustique, natural materials with a comfortable luxury feel. A beautifully played out garden with mostly shaded area allows for cozy working or dining. The indoor area with AC has comfy corners for remote workers and cozy spaces to catch up with friends. The attention to detail is remarkable.

The place is pet friendly and some resident animals make for peaceful and quiet visitors, accompanying those who appreciate it and leaving alone those who don't feel furry friends should join.

The service is fast and friendly, the drinks menu is probably the most extensive you'll find in Dahab, with a wide variety of original, high quality options. The food is delicious and fresh and also different from what most places offer.

BEST Food we had in Dahab!!😍😍 We decided to go for breakfast to the café and instantly liked the atmosphere, the looks and then let alone the food 🤤 We liked it so much, we decided to return for dinner the same day and had a look at the pre-order menu. We wanted to go for the duck, but because we were a little bit too spontaneous for that, we couldn't order it anymore for the same night. But then, the manager personally offered us a variation instead (which was not to find on the menu) and let me tell you: WOW. We were blown away by the quality and taste of the food. We wish we would have found this amazing spot earlier.. and on top of that all of that for a Very fair price!! (We even got 2 drinks for free 🎁) I usually don't really write reviews but I wanted to make sure this restaurant becomes the appreciation and attention it deserves 🙏 Keep up the good work and thank you for this...

If Shanti isn’t the best breakfast place in Dahab I don’t know what is. Very good value for money. Delicious and unique salads. The chef is really talented for making a very unique flavor to each and every dish they serve. For instance the Egg Benedict they have is the tastiest and most delicious I have tried so far in Dahab. I usually get the Egg Salmon Benedict with extra avocado, it’s my absolute favorite. And for the salads I prefer the Avocado Quinoa and The Shrimp Avocado Cherry. The staff is always very friendly and polite. The place itself feels like home, the decorations, the music, the variety of seatings, from very comfy chairs to just chill and read your book, to great co working seatings to work quietly and peacefully.
