Cadejo in Zona Rosa resides in a quiet but easily accessible street. The interior design is nothing special, the food is quite acceptable. The service is warm and professional and deserves praise. However, the main event is the beer. Six varieties can be tasted in a "beer sampler" and you should do exactly that. In particular, the IPA and La Negra are to be recommended, while none is bad and all could be served colder. Well, in Britain the temperature would be a little low, but in Germany (and who would know better) it would need to be significantly colder, all the more since it warms up quickly in Salvadorian climate. The Nacional and Koloschka - a Kölsch ale, which is the heart and soul of Germany's nicest city Cologne - are not part of the sampler. A pity, since both are among the best of Cadejo's. Don't miss them. If you really are interested in beer varieties, you will spend a lovely evening im Cadejo's.

Hoping that craft brewing has made it's way to Central America, and it has. However the La Suegra IPA seemed more like a red ale in both color and taste. Not very hoppy at all. The location is beautiful and has great details. They were out of all burgers, and chicken wings. We did have Zeus Nachos, and they were good. As was the only desert on the menu. Date said that was the best thing she's had in El Salvador. Synopsis, beautiful location +1. Being out of basic menu items -1. IPA not very IPA like -1. Still, go here for the view.

Nice place, but when I was there, the front-door bar was having their own event with their own music. That, plus Cadejo's music, plus traffic, plus general conversation sounds, made a kind of uncomfortable ambient. I was in good company so I enjoyed anyways. It was hard to find parking. The place has some cozy indoor tables, not for groups, though. Good space outside for groups. Good selection of beers, although they didn't have everything that was listed on the menu. The waiters were helpful but not very friendly.

Service was good, got some cute leashes for my doggies. This is mostly in regards to the shrimp spring roll. It was not good at all. Flavor was lacking. I asked for it to be taken away. The manager came out to ask what I disliked, at which point I said it was flavorless. They could not remove it from the bill, but did offer to replace it with something else. Since I can’t have gluten, dairy, or rice, I was unable to choose something appetizing from the menu. My two cousins got a pint each as a replacement.

Muy mala experiencia. El parqueo es bastante reducido al punto que no da abasto en una noche entre semana. La comida es buena pero nada extraordinario para el precio y definitivamente no vale la espera. Visité por última vez en miércoles, un día en teoría lento, el lugar no estaba a reventar y nuestro pedido tardó 40 minutos en llegar y llegó frío. Éramos un grupo grande y planeabamos pedir para llevar también, lo cual indicamos desde el principio y nos dijeron que no podían poner nuestra orden aún porque era muy temprano... Bueno, entendible. En fin, pedimos más comida para consumo en el local y pasó una hora y la comida no llegó. Fue tanta la espera que preferí decir que quería lo extra para llevar también y cabe mencionar que la orden para llevar tardó otra hora en llegar. Solo le dan prioridad a servir las bebidas y nada más. Pedimos la cuenta y tomó 3 intentos a que finalmente quedara bien para poder pagar. En fin, los meseros todo bien excepto a que no dan información verdadera de cuánto va tardar un pedido ni agilizan la situación. Era una cena empresarial así que nos tocó esperar todo ese tiempo por los servicios pero si hubiese sido por mi, jamás hubiera esperado tanto tiempo por un servicio. Además el sistema de sonido para la música en vivo es bastante malo.

I was really impressed with this brewery! They have 6 beers to try and some with clever names. They all tasted great and priced cheaper than what I'm used to seeing at American breweries. Food was delicious and staff was friendly and attentive. I like that you're able to purchase a 6-pack of your favorite beer. I would definitely recommend to anyone that's in the area to come and stop by.
