It used to be a nice place before. My family and I liked it very much. But this year service got really terrible. They totally forgot to bring certain items from our order. And thus happened several times! It took them 40 minutes (!!!) to make ice coffee latte. Moreover, they didn’t bring it until we asked! They brought food for one kid, didn’t bring it for another. We reminded them multiple times about this. Finally, they brought French fries instead of shrimps which we ordered. We then asked for a refund. Restaurant Duty Manager waved his hand and told the guy at the bar to give us back the money for shrimps because the amount was small. We heard no apologies! Awful service. Not...

We had dinner twice here. Well all in all 3,5. Tables just plane, nothing on them, even you book in advance. No table ware at all. Bread basket you make yourself (which ok more or less, unexpected in decent restaurant though). Cutlery you get in a box (see on photo) - cheap bistro style. Servervants are kind - thank you at least for that! Food... nicely served. Salads: prawn one - great! Duck one - too oily, seeweed totally dry. Filet mingnon - doesn't taste like one. At all. We visited in the evening (Wednesday) with my wife and daughter. The place was quiet with very few visitors. The waiter was polite and even assisted us with our outerwear.

We ordered a Wagyu burger, grilled sweet potato, salmon, dumplings, and juice. My daughter received a coloring sheet, which kept her entertained while we waited for our food.
