My family and I booked a weekend stay at this spa hotel after seeing numerous positive reviews, hoping for a relaxing retreat. We paid €323 for a suite, which included parking and spa access. While the suite itself was spacious (50 sqm with a separate master bedroom), the quality of the experience we received for this price was unacceptable. Complete lack of cleanliness in the room. For a luxury suite, this is non-negotiable: Obvious stains on the floor, Dust everywhere, Dried toothpaste marks splattered all over the bathroom surfaces. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Prior to our arrival, we ordered a fruit platter (a "ratatouille of fruits," as listed) for €30. What we received was an absolute joke and a true demonstration of poor customer value: a minuscule amount of fruit, weighing maybe 200 grams total, consisting of only 14 grapes, one strawberry cut in half, and a small 50-gram piece of watermelon. Charging €30 for this meager selection is utterly appalling and shows a complete disregard for guests. The state of the spa was the final straw. It's unclear where the positive reviews came from The main pool had a surprising amount of sand lining the bottom. Wearing swimming goggles instantly revealed that the pool had not been cleaned in a very long time. We got out immediately. The two outdoor jacuzzis were available, but the water was noticeably too cool. The spa was severely overcrowded. It appears they allow a large number of outside visitors who are not hotel guests, diminishing the experience for paying residents. Completely ruined weekend. Paying a luxury price for poor hygiene, blatant overcharging, and substandard facilities is completely unacceptable. There are better and cheaper spa hotels right next door. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Save your money and your weekend.

2 Free water bottles, spacious rooms, with breakfast, we paid 84euros for a standard double room for two people for one night with free use of their dead sea pool if you book directly with them. It’s also slightly cheaper than booking elsewhere. Their pools smells very strongly of chroline and it will linger even after you’ve showered—it’s been 3 hours since but I can still smell it. The shower door doesn’t close properly so there’s water leakage in the bathroom after showering. Hope this can be fixed, otherwise it’s a decent resort hotel. Really good breakfast choices. The curtain woke us up, no matter how much you push it to the side, there is still some space that can’t be covered.

Note that you can use the spa/sauna/pool facilities for €16 per person if you don't stay here. Where should I start? The selection of saunas is overwhelming, this is a top-notch place for sauna lovers. The pool is equipped with plenty of hydromassage facilities and there are two additional jacuzzis outside. We took the dinner package which was a great choice. The chef is an award-winning professional and his dishes are simple yet tasty and creative. Also, the breakfast was really rich. All in all, don't look elsewhere. Rooms are great, food is great and the spa is a 5/5.

Hotel is OK but not perfect. Suite is spacious but not exactly thought over - half of the room is hallway, almost empty space with no chairs to sit, one broken hanger laying in the shelf.. Room was chosen as adequate for 2 adults and 2 children. In reality for children was a really small / narrow pull out sofa. Children were not really happy about it. A view was nice - panoramic windows covering 2 walls. But street sounds were quite well heard.

But the biggest dissapointment was service. We booked through hotels official website. We had email communication where I specifically noted that our daughter will have birthday during our stay. We were replied that birthday card will be given. (Ok, not a lot but still at least some nice card, although in other hotels a complimentary sweets or flowers had been in a standart room, not even in suite). But even this card never arrived :(

We also booked a table for dinner at NOOT restaurant (hotel restaurant). Many times we asked for a candle in a cake we ordered as our daughter has a birthday. And still it was forgotten! Only when cake areived and we once again asked where is a candle after some 5 minutes it was brought. And they didn't even care to light it up. We did it ourselves. Last year we stayed in Strand hotel (cheaper one) and during dinnet a nice sparkling candle was brought complimentary with just mentioning we are celebrating a birthday..

These are as if minor issues but they still leave a not so pleasant "aftertaste". Have experienced much better service and attitude in 3 times cheaper hotels than here. For almost 600 eur for a room for 2 nights...

Not good for longer than couple of days. Felt a bit like tourist trap. There are better ones around.

The main entrance was perfect field of ice. Although it started to melt and it could been easy to remove it.

Spa is great and staff is nice, what ruined the experience is the hotel arrangement itself:

one of the pillows was torn - surprisingly cleaner service had not noticed it although it was quite large; Breakfast was exactly the same, excelt one of the desserts every morning; Normal room is built in a smart way suite is oberpriced and illogical. There is no place to hang anything or dry up swimsuits; as I understood there are only two room cleaners for the hotel and they forgot to wash cups, floor and replace used coffee and water bottles. When I went to ask reception the first answer was - those are meant once per check in and when I told I am staying longer he promised to ask. Finally they brought us more. During our 5days of stay the room cleanup visited only once and only thing they did was changing the towels; suite is next to busy street and you hear each car passing by; One big minus for not having fruit baskets - but again, local store was helpful. there is no phone in room, there is phone number I ended up waiting 10 minutes in line before hanging up

Although staff is trying to feel everyone welcome and working hard it might be because of lack of staff, we did not felt comfortable and cosy. Felt not like a vacation but business trip in the...
