I walked into the restaurant and was not greeted by any staff, I didn’t really see anyone that was responsible for greeting guests. I found a table and sat down. As I sat there, I was ignored by staff as they walked by. One girl who was on her phone, and evidently too busy on instagram to do any work, would occasionally look at my direction. Another girl who saw me sitting there decided to go outside on the front steps and talk with her friend. There was one guy who was running around like a chicken with his head cut off, and seemed to be the only one doing any work. He was so busy, he too ignored me as he ran back and forth. Finally, after sitting there being ignored for 17 minutes, I stopped the guy running around and asked if I could maybe see a menu. He was nice and polite, and the food was good. There was spilled food still on my table, that I initially didn’t notice until I put my elbow in it. But then I realized why my table was dirty when the girl on her phone finally put it down, walked to the table next to me after the couple has left, found a napkin, and gave the table a single wipe. Her house must be disgusting if that is how she cleans things. You should fire the female staff at your restaurant. I would be amazed if customers actually...
Read moreWe arrived at the restaurant approximately 1.5 hours before closing. However, the kitchen took over an hour to prepare our meals, leaving us with only about 20 minutes to eat. During this time, the waitress came to our table nearly every minute to check whether we had finished eating, reminding us that the restaurant was about to close. This created a very rushed and uncomfortable dining experience. Eventually, I handed over my plate without finishing my meal, as it felt like we were being pushed to leave. At that point, the time was 23:03, while the official closing time was 23:00.
The children’s pasta was bland and lacked any flavor. None of the children from our two families liked it, and we ended up returning full bowls, yet we were still charged in full. Even tap water came at an extra cost.
Overall, we were disappointed with both the quality of the food and the service, especially given the high prices. It is unlikely that we will return. We sincerely hope the restaurant can improve by providing better training...
We visited Estonia spa restaurant Noot. The restaurant has nice light colors and the reception is pleasant. The menu offers sufficient options. The choice of homemade bread brought to the table is delicious and airy. The service tended to be poor, although the student was diligent. However, the basics could be clear to the waiter (included in the menu, some wine recommendations, etc.). When we ordered the food, it became clear that 24h beefcheek could not be ordered and there was no besific wine that we would have liked it was also ran out. Ordered quail dish, best delicious part was potato but quai itself lacked crispy skin and was slightly over. Wild duck dish the carrotcream was the best part. The duck itself was soggy and overdone. The compatibility of the whole dish was confusing. The blueberry soup ordered for desserts was delicious and well balanced. Pohla tartlett, the best part was mint-sour cream foam. The bottom is overdone, hard and thick, and the pieces of jelly was unpleasant consistency. The handmade doughnut where actually filled, which did not appear in the menu but the contents were non-existent and the doughnut were too tight. Overall, expectations were very high, but food quality levels...
