Ginger Arsenal — Restaurant in Tallinn

I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. After placing an order through Bolt Food, they called me directly, and insulted me just because I asked for an extra sauce that they have but wasn’t on their Bolt food menu. Which was very unprofessional.

Because of this unprofessionalism, I told them I didn’t want the order anymore, but they still sent it without my consent. In case they refuse my claims, I'm adding the timestamps of the call and the courier pickup time. (Because they already lied that it was on the way when I requested the cancellation)

I drove to the restaurant to return the food, which was untouched, but they refused to refund me. So, I ended up paying €13 for food I didn’t eat or keep. This is extremely unprofessional behavior. Avoid this place...

Ginger ruined my day and a day of a Wolt courier who delivered an order from this restaurant. They forgot (or never indented) to seal the soup container, and when the courier was passing me the bags, the bottom of it, wet of the spilled soup, torn apart, rendering everything on the floor. Since I saw how the courier opened their bag, I am sure it was properly delivered, and the rest of the containers were positioned correctly. The restaurant never apologized, even though I asked kindly for it. Everyone can make a mistake, but refusing to admit it is an attitude that clearly shows me Ginger isn't a place I'd ever...

Very upset with the food taste here. I ordered pappadams, plain rice and salmon curry. Pappadams came with some sort of a Russian salad instead it typical mint, chilli and mango chutney :( The fish curry had no spice in it whatsoever (yes, I requested to remove chilli but hey, what about other typical spices?) Overall very poor experience, although the place looks nice in terms on the interior design.
