The worst customer service ever in Hesburger. Neither of the people behind the counter looked at us or said hello, the girl almost got mad cause she didn't understand which toy we wanted (I showed her in the vitrin to help). No smiles, no thank you, felt like we were offending her while ordering although we acted completely normal....

The food was good, the service a little slow ( they forgot the straw ) and the atmosphere like a funeral.
