Hibir Ethiopia Cultural Restaurant is located along the Bole Road (also called African Avenue) close to the Bole Int. Airport. Here, you can taste a variety of Ethiopian meals that you would find nowhere else. You can choose your meal from a wider variety of menus and enjoy delicious and hot Ethiopian meals. If you want it REAL HOT, you are on the right spot. Classic Ethiopian interior design where you can smell the greatness of a Beer brewed locally. Besides, it has a special, garden that makes you cancel-out the routine daily hassle, particularly great around sunset. Afterwards, especially around dinner time, a LIVE Music show is also presented.

My fam and I have eaten burgers here perhaps 7 times in the past few years. While Sishu does indeed have good burgers, they are small and expensive. The double cheeseburger at Hibir is bigger, cheaper, and IMO better. A few months ago we ate here and the burgers were a miss. There was gristle in the burgers, and they were under salted. My fam and I were disappointed and wondered if this was the new norm. However, that was not the case. Today the burgers were back to there usual goodness. This continues to be our favorite burger place in town.

The chill vibe, fast and kind service amd amazing food 🍕.. what else could you ask for. Forget what i said about other pizzas, hands down the best pizza in town its light not over powered with topping , the crust is amazing 😋 and the fact that they use fire oven gives that smokey flavour. Their traditional food is amazing as well. Definitely recommed for friends, family or just a chill day for yourself.

Very disappointing. Not as it used to be. Their menu has changed and you eat shiro for more than 500 birr and beyaynetu dish for 1 person is 680 birr with only 5 varieties and the food is not testy. If you like to add because it is not enough portion you must order the whole dish again which is wast of money. Attached is what I paid for food only and takeaway aluminum foil

A solid meal at an easy price. Loved the meat combination. Perfect for two people. We had a couple beers and a soda and in total, it was only 10usd equivalents. Unfortunately, they didn't have a show the night we went because there was a wedding. But I'm told the nightly performances are very worthwhile. If i was returning, I'd call in advance to make sure the show was on

Nice to see one of the first traditional Ethiopian restaurants still operating. The food is delicious and while the inside of the restaurant and building looked tired, the quality of the food and service more than makes up for it. The price was reasonable which is hard to find in Addis Ababa nowadays. Highly recommend Hebir Ethiopian Cultural Restaurant.
