If It wasn’t for the extremely poor customer service, I would’ve rated 4/5. They have a pizza and burger that would rate 4.5 stars. The ambiance is amazing for football fans and friends. However, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not just once, but something wrong always happens with the customer service every time I go. Sometimes it’s the wrong order (I ordered a cheese burger but I got charged for a double cheeseburger, twice!). other times it’s the waitress taking 40 mins to just come and take your orders (even after seeing me call her multiple times, she kept ignoring me and did not even bring me the sprite I ordered at the beginning). And sometimes it’s not getting a customer service that the place deserves to have. I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant, and I’m honestly shocked at how bad it was. The food was absolute trash and barely edible. We ordered the gomen besiga, which arrived cold and had no meat at all – just a sad, flavorless mess.
As if that wasn't enough, the pizza crust was completely burnt, black as charcoal, and tasted just as bad. We couldn’t even take a bite without feeling like we were chewing on ash.
To top it all off, the service was just as bad. The waiter forgot our drinks entirely, and we had to remind them multiple times. Overall, a huge disappointment. I would never come back here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
