Cremino café — Restaurant in Addis Ababa

We ordered a bunch of things and were enjoying our time there until the lady behind the counter and some waiters came and took the icecreams we ordered before we were done and took the table to other customers which was incredibly rude, even after we ordered cakes they refused to give us a table to eat on and insisted that we put it on our laps,the couple next to us were so confused they asked why they did that and surprisingly they were very dismissive and very disrespectful the entire time , we left very underwhelmed. But I've been there a couple of times before and the owner seems like a very nice person but he should really consider teaching his staff about customer service because I or my companions won't be returning there.

Really nice patio/outdoor seating with lots of plants. The seats were not the most comfortable, but for short periods I think it’s fine. I had a fruit tart and really enjoyed the flavor, the crust was nice too. They actually know how to do iced lattes which was exciting - there are some other places in town which literally make a hot latte and put ice cubes in it so you end up with a lukewarm latte; however this place does it correctly.

The fresh and green smoothie tastes heavily like cucumber - it kind of overpowers everything else in it. If you love cucumbers i would say this is your drink. If you are not a huge fan of cucumber, I would probably choose a different smoothie.

Cremino Café offers the best chocolate cake I ever tasted. I made a habit of having my chocolate cake and coffee there daily while I was in Addis. The location is easily accessible. It is in Tropical Mall at Bole street. The decoration of the cafe, atmosphere and friendliness of the staff encouraged my father and I to return everyday. Everything they serve is made perfectly. Cremino Café would be the first place I go to when I visit Ethiopia again. I would like to express my gratitude to the owner specifically for his welcoming nature and hospitality.
