Bistro Fiore — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Can't review the food since we didn't get to eat here due to non existant customer service.

Tried doing a booking request for a larger group a week in advance. Got an automatic confirmation email that the request had been received, but that was it. No contact from the company regarding the original request, and no response to subsequent emails. Being unable to accomodate a large group on a friday evening would be understandable, and would be totally ok, if someone just communicated that. No response to requests or emails is just...

The bistro Fiore is an ok for an evening treat. The food is ok and nothing unexpected as you are at Holiday Inn. The service is friendly and fast. The food was well plated. The burger beef was medium done and suitably read. The Fiore can be well recommended for someone who doesn't want to leave the hotel for city centre. No thrills but dependable...

Had a delicious light cured salmon for starter and the hamburger with extra bacon and blue cheese for main course. The burger was really big (200 gr.) but cooked to perfection really jucy without beeing bloody. The service was really tenative and nice...
