I was dining with my family, and while the initial service was fine and the food arrived quickly—delicious and truly excellent—the overall experience was let down by the service afterward. We were seated near the kitchen, where three waiters stood chatting and laughing for over 10 minutes, literally next to us, seemingly unaware of their surroundings. We had finished our meal and placed our plates at the corner of the table to signal they could be cleared, but no one took notice or scanned the area. We even considered getting dessert elsewhere if the kids hadn't wanted something specific from the menu. Given the overall quality of the food and atmosphere, the service could have been more attentive. I hope the service improves because the food and atmosphere truly deserve...

Olin eilen iskän kanssa käynyt jumbon ravintolaan ja meille tuli aika huono kokemus siitä, haluan kertoa koska toivon että asia korjataan ja muilla ei tule sellaisia kokemuksia kuin meillä eilen, itse en käy enää tässä ravintolassa valitettavasti. Ruoka maistui mutta palvelu ei niin hyvää. Me ollaan ulkomaalaisia ja heti kun astutiin sisään, ketään ei edes moikkanut meitä. Ravintola oli puoliksi tyhjä ja n.6 tarjoilijaa. Odotetiin tilausta niin kauan että piti itse mennä kassalta kysyä tarjoilijaa, sillä ylimieliset tarjoilijattarenne eivät haluneet palvella. Vihdoin tuli yksi kiva tyttö, joka oli kohtelias meille ja palveli meitä. Isä tilasi pihvin joka oli erittäin raakaa, kun pyysin että annos vaihdetaan, pyysin itse anteeksi että isä haluaa vaihtaa muuten hän ei raakaa lihaa syö. Tarjoilijattaremme oli kohtelias ja pyysi anteeksi. Kun iskän annos tuotiin (uusi pihvi) toinen tarjoilijattar joka oti lautasemme pois sanoi hyvää että maistoi vihdoinkin, se oli sellainen vanhempi nainen. Tämä oli aika törkeä palvelua, emmekä koskaan palaa teille ylimielisyyden takia. Maksetiin ja annoin tippi kohteliaalle tytölle ja lähdetiin. Jos ulkomaalaiset eivät ole tervetulleita teille niin olisi kivaa että ilmoittaisitte vaikka ovella, ettei toinenkin maksaa ylimielisestä surkesta...

One of the better "premium burgers" I've had, and not too expensive. I also got jalapeno poppers that taste indistinguishable from frozen/store bought variants, not sure if they make them in house, especially disappointing given...
