Classic Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

I came to the front of the restaurant today lunchtime with two kids. I've waited by the sign to be offered the table. Stood there for a while, having a strong feeling that the waiter pretends not to see me. He kept pretending till he vanished through the back. Another person started clearing some tables, taking some payments, so I stood there for another few minutes, with the same feeling of being ignored. Eventually this other guy came up and said that now they can't serve me cause someone went for a break and it will take at least half an hour. Seriously, after being a professional chef for 18 years, I've never seen anything even close to the level of this ridiculousness. Restaurant - a place that exists because of client. It's open, it's lunchtime, they tell the client they won't serve because someone went for a break. Rules for restaurant staff are simple - you take a break when there is time for break or when someone covers you. Pathetic. Very bad vibe from staff, not...

We wanted to have a quick bite in this restaurant and ordered a pizza and a starter. Food was so bad that we finished only half of one pizza for 2, it was worse than frozen pizza from supermarket. Starter bread with mozzarella had way too much garlic in it. Service was not rude,but not friendly, just the kind you would expect to receive on a gas station, not in the restaurant. We sat quickly and the waiting staff took our drinks order within a couple of minutes. I ordered a coke zero which was either not coke or was watered down. We ordered two pizzas.
