Yesterday, I visited Deliberi at Jumbo, and the location was quite nice. I went with my child and ordered a salmon salad for myself and a kids' burger meal. The total was €27.40 for both dishes, so I expected decent quality food.

The salad was nothing special but acceptable, except for the dried buckwheat, which was so hard it felt like it could break my teeth. The real disappointment, however, was the burger— the meat was so dry that even I struggled to eat it, and my child ended up eating just the bun with ketchup. There was also small piece of salad and ONE circle of tomato. The only redeeming part of the meal was the fries.

Service was okay—the cashier was friendly—but for the price, the self-service setup felt underwhelming. It’s a restaurant price for cafeteria-style service and food that barely matches bad supermarket quality. Never again, definitely...

Good food. Service sucks. We left around 100 euros there, 3 of 4 people bought also a drink even though limitless water is included, but they could not give me a bottle of hot tap water instead of cold water. It was too cold for me, so I asked for hot water instead, and the personnel with poor faces poured so little of it every time even after being asked that I had to ask for more 2 more times. Also there is no coat hanger there. I had to put my long coat almost on the floor as the personnel refused to give me another chair for it, and the coat could not fit the same chair as me.
