Delhi Rasoi Itis — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

We recently celebrated a small birthday party and get-together with family and friends at Delhi Rassai, ITIS on August 2025 , and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and what impressed us most was their flexibility. Instead of their usual weekly special of lamb kofta, they gladly prepared lamb curry upon our request — and it was excellent!

I often visit this restaurant with my family, so I thought it would be the perfect place to celebrate, and I wasn’t wrong. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and even flexible when it came to the payment process, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Overall, we had a great time, enjoyed tasty food, and experienced warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend Delhi Rassai for both casual family outings and special occasions-...

We came to have an late lunch a group of 15 people. As we came as a group we wanted to sit together. The restaurant was not busy at that time. There was two staff on the floor and one male and female. As the boy was setting the table the lady rudely came to us and told not to do that and told they cant set those available tables. She really didnt know any customer service etiquette and we were so embarrassed infront of all the guests. She treated our group rudely throughout the lunch. We dine in deli rasoi tikkurilla very often but this we really had a bad experience at itis. I asked the male waiter the name of the female waiter (i think she was incharge) he refused to give the name. The food is good, and the atmosphere is usually very pleasant. There’s a decent amount of space between tables, so you have some privacy. The lighting is nice, the place is clean, and the prices are reasonable. It’s a buffet-style restaurant, so you can eat as much as you like. They offer a wide variety of dishes, which is quite satisfactory. On weekends, the price is slightly higher, but you get an extra dessert to treat yourself. Overall, it’s a decent restaurant...
