Hi guys, This is not how you do your business. I came at 19:00 with my wife and baby. If your employee say your kitchen is going to close at 20:00. Then your kitchen must be closed at 20:00, not at 19:30.
I wanted to keep my baby so my wife can have dinner first. After she finnished, I went to take food. The buffer table was emptyat 19:35. I went to ask your employees where is all the food? They did not even reply and pretended to answer the phone. And also, the last patch of food that your cooks made was so salty that my wife could not even eat. Then I tried (because I am kind of person who do not lile to leave my food unfinnished) and I could not finnish them either. To my surprise, they insisted I give up the third table as well so they could take all three. Then a staff member came and asked me to leave too. I explained that I had already moved to help the family, but she told me that since my husband hadn’t paid yet, I had no right to sit. That was an extremely unprofessional excuse.
