The worst lunch I have ever had in Helsinki was at Itis Vapiano. We ordered a Cesar's salad and a prosciutto and fungi pizza. The only remarkable thing about the salad was that it contained more croutons than chicken. The parmesan cheese on top was too young to taste like something and I have tasted better Cesar dressings from the supermarket. The worst part of the lunch was the pizza; the crust was soggy, the sauce quite tasteless, and the ham was regular low quality ham. So, no idea where the prosciutto in the name comes from. While I don't usually care too much about the service, here it was undeniably bad. There were almost more staff members than customers and yet the food was very slow and the lunch coffee had run out and they had no intention to refill it. So, if you are at itis for lunch, don't waste your time and...
Read moreIve only ordered online using wolt or foodora. First few times all ingredients were there, maybe one forgotten thing here or there, and quite dry food, atleast chicken meats were quite dry, and very little sauce on the pasta. But eatable and as an only pasta option for the place i live to order from, still worth the money. The more i've ordered the worse they've gotten. My last order (which will be my last order), was a pasta with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and "pinjansiemeniä" with long pasta. What arrived was short pasta, with no mozzarella, no pinjansiemeniä, barely any sauce, and at max 2 whole cherry tomatoes in the whole dish. That's 14 euros for a pasta with almost no sauce and 2 cherry tomatoes. If you order food home, don't...
Read moreVisited today for the first and last time. Absolutely awful experience. The one star I've given is only because the food was edible. This concept is stupid unless you're eating alone. Most of our group of 5's time was spent queueing at the different points waiting for food. Of course, people were eating different things which were ready at different times. Consequently this meant people sitting eating on their own instead of all eating together as planned. The first time we were all sat together was waiting for desserts, and even then there were only 3 options available out of what was on the menu. The overall feeling was of being rushed and annoyed, not at all the relaxed dining experience we were hoping for. Definitely won't...
