Nonla — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

I came to Nonla for their Banh mi and ice coffee special. The restaurant was almost empty when I arrived.

The Banh mi arrived first, and tasted quite good. Then what seemed like a group friends of the worker arrived and stayed for about 10 minutes, in which they got 3 or so iced coffees made for them.

It was quite rude since I ordered first and finished my food already by the time the coffee arrived. The worker didn’t apologise and when I looked at her she just said “wait”.

The coffee arrived 6minutes after I finished eating. And it was only 3/4 full, unlike their advertising that showed...

This place has minimalist design which I havent't seen yet in Finland. It wasn't busy when we came and there're many staff there on the front. We ordered 'Cha Ca La Vong' and 'Bun cha Ha Noi'. The fish dish was so so good, I'm a big fan of summer rolls and this one suits me so well. My fiance likes more the other dish, but the noodles were quite hard. Otherwise, everything was tasty and we really enjoyed the food. Hot tea were served for free in a cute little pot while we were waiting for the order. Would love to visit again for 'Cha...

Very Vietnamese local and authentic experience over there. We’ve ordered our dinner there for special phô, and two other rice noodle stir fry and mixed noodle dish with beefs.

All of them had that Vietnamese distinctive taste where you can elevate the flavour by the table seasonings, sauces and pickled onion.

I highly recommend this place for real and great Vietnamese experience! I would love to try their Vietnamese coffe which rumours says that it’s sweet and powerful, just like how I like my coffee...
