Fuku — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Good variety: sushi, miso with toppings, warm dishes, deepfried food, salads, sweets, tea. Tasty warm food and salads, sushi not so much, the rice was a bit hard/chewy and cold. I like more taste of sushi in other places. The smallest bowl for miso I experienced so far (I wonder what is the reason for such tiny bowls?)

price for lunch 13,80€ on Mon-Fri between 11-15

Pluses: impresseve variety of salads, they put good effort there, the salads tasted good and were far from usual boring salads options at salad bars sushi tongs for each customer (hygienic) toppings (tofu, wakame, onion, tempura) for miso several choices of sweets for tea friendliness of staff

The drawbacks: low quality of food ware (most plates: round and for sushi, small bowls for soy sauce have multiple chips on them. It lowers your overall dining experience) no sign for customers to take food wearing masks or at least avoid talking while taking food. (a woman taking food in front of me was talking while leaning over salads, we all know people tend to spit tiny droplets of saliva while talking. gross...

Awesome food. 🥰🥰 Salad:Salad station is super good, specially beef salad and shrimp salad.

Main food: Main dishes are really good. Coconut chicken was really tasty. Aromatic food.

Sushi: It was OK. If the Sushi rice would be a bit less dry then the Sushi would taste perfect.

Dessert: Avarage.

Drink:Drink needed to buy separately.Not included in the price.But tea and coffee was included.

Customer service: Very well behaved people. Even in rush hours they pays full attention to their customers and never forget to say goodbye. 🥰

Place to improve: #It would be great if they put the menu in website or in the restaurant. As a Muslim it was difficult for me to understand which food contains pork. I needed to ask them during busy hours about the ingredients of the food, which probably also difficult for them to answer during that rush hours. Fuku is one of the best sushi buffets in the area. The key difference between here and other sushi places is the choice of herbs and spices, which makes the food tasty but not with too much taste. Anotger key difference is the salads, which unlike many other places, here the salads are better designed and very good! The staff are nice and attentive and the price is decent. The spacious area with big windows to outside, makes the experience even better. I totally recommend...
