McDonald's Helsinki Töölö — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

I used to find this McDonald’s much better and cozier. The restaurant used to have a fun rock ‘n’ roll theme with memorabilia, which, unfortunately, is now gone. It gave the place a unique atmosphere that I miss.

During our last visit, I was surprised to find that there was no toy included in my daughter’s Happy Meal. This is an essential part of the Happy Meal experience. There was a sign saying that old toys were still available, but when I asked about it, the manager told me that this was outdated information.

The manager’s response was quite disappointing. A good manager could have compensated for this, perhaps by offering an ice cream as a goodwill gesture. It’s not my problem if the manager forgets something; it would be nice if you could handle situations more...

While the interior (both inside and outside) is amazing, the place tends to be quite filthy, I've found pickles on every surface and every time I've visited.

The staff are under a lot of pressure and I understand that they don't have the time to clean after messy and quite misbehaving customer (that there are quite a bit of).

The staff tend to be polite, helpful and hard working, but don't seem too happy to be in this environment (which I fully understand).

The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's and if you don't know what that tastes like, then you're not missing out on much.

This location is at the crossroads between Linja 3, 7, & 2, 4, 10 (Kansaneläkelaitos), just around the corner from the station stops. It has a clean modernized interior space with simple seating elements in a wide range of designs and table arrangements. Table service is provided after ordering through the main menu, and the selection of different burger options are incredibly unique to the region and very very tasty and delicious. Insofar as prices they vary of course yet reasonably priced and affordable for the quality of fast food that is twice the price in an average restaurant serving up a burger with all the added extras included.
