Fazer Café Itis — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

Very rude barista named Paula ( ? ) in ITIS branch. I’ve been to different branches in Helsinki many times and staff are usually friendly except this individual. She didn’t give me the free chocolate with my coffee on purpose and banged the swing door strongly next to me and my daughter. I usually don’t confront whenever there’s a rude employee and observe them first. It’s either insecurity or racism. This type of people deserves to be called out. Please do better next time. It doesn’t cost anything...

Not the nicest Fazer but does have longer opening hours and less busy then central. We usually go to the factory one which is awesome and has the outlet store but it was closed so came here. Your in a mall and you get what you expect with that noisy and busy. The new sundaes are getting a bit too sweet foe our liking...
