I ordered to this day a chicken and halloumi pita, it took them 15 minutes to do the single order eventhough i was the only customer to dine in. i got frustrated and saw them rushing my order as i approached to cancel it, but guy was firm enough to say "no". They said 2 minutes and it's done but two person working at that time are still chatting so i came to remind them my order but still the woman who appears to be new is hesitating if she will hand me the order or not. i wonder if the order was done clean because there was hesitance. they offered to pack it and take away, and notice when i opened the order that it is lacking some main ingredient which is the halloumi. Now i inderstand where the hesitation is...

Fafa's is my absolute favorite fastfood restaurant. There are various and delicious vegan and vegeterian options, and the dishes are always served fresh and warm. Amazing price-quality ratio. There has never been a moment I would have received anything but kind and welcoming service, and the food is always mouthwatering. What I love most about this chain is their responsibility when it comes to sustainability. It really shows that climate issues are considered when it comes to coming up...

Customer service is excellent, especially the english speaking guy (you'll recognize the one) is super nice! Pitas are large and satisfy even larger hunger. Eating can get messy but luckily napkins are available in every table. Soda bottles are a bit small and pricey but they also have their own lemonade available.
