60's Palaver — Restaurant in Joensuu sub-region

Ordered a good beer (it was really good), sat down to enjoy it. However, 5 minutes later (and 40 minutes before closing time) an extremely rude staff member leaned onto our table, tapped our glasses and told us to "drink up". Well, we weren't dawdling, but we couldn't physically drink much faster! The same staff repeatedly came over and told us we needed to hurry up. On complaining, apparently 2am is actually the time the STAFF want to go home - not closing time.

Despite good (excellent) beer, we left feeling like we'd been slapped in the face. Why serve a beer if you're about to close? Why claim you close at 2 when you kick everyone out at 1:30? And above all, why behave extremely rudely toward customers who just put down...

In the place you can get ESN and students discounts! The beer is good and the place is nice and cozy. The music in the background is mostly rock and metal, I loved it! I liked that there are not only chairs but also sofas in the place. You can also play to board games but they are all in Finnish apart from the cards UNO.
