Delicious food and comfortable setting. Lehtipihvi was a little dry and tough but the stuffed version came with juicy mushrooms and tomatoes which complemented it. The regular version had a more peppery and salty flavor profile. The garlic sauce from the salad bar pairs beautifully with the fries and meat, and I liked that we could get additional veggies from the bar to add more flavors and textures. Their garlic bread is amazing, very crisp, fluffy and full of flavor. The escargot was very buttery with great texture. It was quite expensive however. We were a group of 6 people and ordered our food and drinks separately. I was the first one to order. I got my wine quite fast and shortly after they came with my food. I thought. But it wasn't. After 5 min, and the food was in front of me the whole time, they came back and said my plate was for another table. Sure.

I waited and after my other colleagues got their food I suspected something was wrong. My food order was not even registered by their kitchen. Still I could see my order in the history of their application.

Uusitussa Rossossa on kiva miljöö, mutta valitettavasti tarjoilu on edelleen syvältä. Jos haluatte oppia kuinka ravintolassa ei pidä tarjoilla, tulkaa tänne.

Menimme lauantaipäivänä päiväkahville. Raivattuamme likaista astioista pöydän vapaaksi, rouva meni tilaamaan kahvit. Hän totesi vanhemmalle tarjoilijanaiselle, että silmälasit ovat huurussa eikä näe lukea listaa. Jatkoi kysymällä, että mitä suolaisia kahvileipiä on. Vanhempi naistatarjoilija totesi, että lue tuosta ja lähti pois. Tovin perästä nuorempi suomea murtaen puhuva nainen otti tilauksen ja palveli hyvin. Tämä samainen nuori tarjoilija vielä kesällä ruokaa tuodessa, vei likaisia astioita pois. Nyt valitettavasti häneen oli tarttunut talon tavat ja ei koppeutunut viemään mennessään likaisia astioita viereistä pöydistä. Useampi pöytä oli siis meidän vieressä täynnä korjaamatta astioista koko reilu puoli tuntia mitä kahvilassa istuimme. Varsinkin vanhempaa tarjoilijanaista ei kiinnostanut astioiden kantaminen ollenkaan. Kerran näin hänen ottavan prikalla pöydästä yhden lasin ja vesipullon. Viereisiin pöytiin ei toki koskenut. Nuorempi mies tarjoilija oli ainut, joka keräsi astioita tarjoilun lomassa, mutta hän ei ehtinyt kaikkeen.

Jätän vielä pari vuoden takaisen arvion tähän alas: Elämäni ensimmäisen kerran sain tattirisottoa, jossa ei ollut yhtään tattia. Kokonaisia herkkusieniä kyllä löytyi riisipuuromaisen mössön seasta. Tämän ruoan? vuoksi joutui vielä odottelemaan tosi pitkään ja jopa tarjoilijan näkyessä kyselemään sen perään.
