The flavors aren't particularly bold, but they match each other well. The restaurant itself has two entrances, one that's good for wheelchairs and one with stairs. It's right next to the bus stops at the edge of the market square so getting to and from there is no problem. The interior has lots of wood and stone decorations in a Vikingey fashion. Read moreWe visited today and got the Thors Shield Meal for two people. The food was amazing, the cook did a great job with cooking the meat perfectly. One of the best tasting meat that I ate so far. We ate everything and left the restaurant well fed. Sadly our stomachs didn't have space to try the desserts. The server was well in character and super kind with a good sense of humour and switched to English so that I could understand as well (I am German and just started learning Finnish). The restaurant had a bit darker lighting and felt really comfy with a nice ambience fitting the Viking theme perfectly. Toilets were nice and clean. 10/10 will visit again...
