Amazing place with a cute deco. Great produce. However really over priced. Coffee is minimalistic, not that great in quality or flavour, really bitter, which is the coffees untoastedness, way its pressed or it was a double shot in a 150ml coffee cup. For 4,20€ I expect a good sized and SMOOTH flavoured cup. This was a big disappointment. The lady in the next table from us got her 4,50€ tea which was served from a glass pot but only 1/3 full and did not even fill her cup. Even the most expensive of teas would not justify this sort of pricing/ serving. This kind of business modeling makes restaurant business crash eventually and out of reach for so many. It is moulding our culture in this city and so so wrong. There are places where its justified in, as time for baking ecc, but a cup of tea or bitter coffee is not the place you over price your produce. You are shooting yourself in the leg. The lady was really, really upset. As was I for her. Also people like to steep their tea themselves. Just a few points for development and hopefully this part will surprise me positively next time! Love your business apart from the...

What a cute place! Quite modern, but cute. There are two big windows which show what the staff is baking at that moment. Fun to see the process! They have a selection of bagels (6,90 € was quite expensive as the bagel was small compared to a regular bagel). The hummus bagel was very tasty and the size was great.

The pricing is slightly on the expensive side, for example an almond croissant is 5 euros.

They have a lot of bread options, I took the oat one and liked it. We also got a variation of buns and croissants, all of which were very tasty but not the best Ive ever had. Coffee was a bit cold (but still warm, just not HOT) to my taste, but still good. Would definitely go...

The place and atmosphere are really good. This cafe stands out from the rest in Finland. Specialty coffee from FRUKT is great, but it costs a little more than others. But I wasn't impressed with the pastry. The pastel de nata wasn't that crisp, rather wet, probably because of the size and the amount of cream. The dough was also quite sour. The cream wasn't as creamy and eggy as it should be. It tasted like starch or flour. The bun was also sour. It looked like the dough had gone slightly sour. But I'll be back because the sandwiches looked delicious, or maybe I was...

We had two small bagels (20€ two pieces) and a local soda 5€ (total cost of ~25€). These were very expensive and there was no price tags next to bagels on desk so it was a pretty surprise. We didn’t got any receipt. Clerk was already walking off as soon as the money was paid. Customer service was a little bit tired and cold. When we wanted to eat inside the clerk instructed that we will close soon. We already knew that. Buns and croissants might be worth of money but bagels weren’t.

Fresh bread, amazing pastries, local ingredients, staff that know their products and gives you insight in how it’s made (and point through the windows towards the colleagues producing fresh produce). Located in the very impressive Kakola area, this has been a hidden gem since the day they opened.
