Ernst Salonger — Restaurant in Vaasa sub-region

This was hands down one of the very best dining experiences I've had in a long time. I can highly recommend the vegetarian sweet potato main dish and the french toast dessert. Pure perfection! Also, the waitresses were very professional and knowledgeable, able to in detail describe every single thing on the table - including drinks, guide on local beer etc. The chefs were very friendly and helpful as well.

Very very highly recommended - especially for a price I would only consider as extremely fair for this amazing experience!

If I ever get the chance to visit Vasaa again, this is an absolute must re-visit for me.

Jag och mina kollegor hade bokat ett bord länge på förhand. Det tog väldigt länge att få menyerna till bordet, vi hade bordet bokat 2 h (17-19) När vi väl hade beställt väntade vi 1 1/2h på vår mat. Halva gänget skulle på teater kl 19 så de fick bara slänga i sig maten och springa till föreställningen. Vi blev severade av 4 olika servitriser, och kommunikationen mellan dem funkade inte. Blev mycket missförstånd.

Maten var jättegod! Mycket fint upplägg, goda smaker och passlig storlek!

Personalen var dock stressad, oartiga och gav inte det bästa bemötandet. Med tanke på priserna på rätterna, förväntar man sig ett mycket bättre bemötande. De förklarade inte varför det tog så länge och vi fick ingen ursäkt. Vi frågade om vi kunde få våra drinkar gratis då vi tvingades vänta så länge men det fick vi inte.
