This was hands down one of the very best dining experiences I've had in a long time. I can highly recommend the vegetarian sweet potato main dish and the french toast dessert. Pure perfection! Also, the waitresses were very professional and knowledgeable, able to in detail describe every single thing on the table - including drinks, guide on local beer etc. The chefs were very friendly and helpful as well. Very very highly recommended - especially for a price I would only consider as extremely fair for this amazing experience! If I ever get the chance to visit Vasaa again, this is an absolute must re-visit for me. Thank you Ernst Salonger, this experience will be remembered for a long time, both in regards of the food and the service!

If I ever get the chance to visit Vasaa again, this is an absolute must re-visit for me.

Jag och mina kollegor hade bokat ett bord lÀnge pÄ förhand. Det tog vÀldigt lÀnge att fÄ menyerna till bordet, vi hade bordet bokat 2 h (17-19) NÀr vi vÀl hade bestÀllt vÀntade vi 1 1/2h pÄ vÄr mat. Halva gÀnget skulle pÄ teater kl 19 sÄ de fick bara slÀnga i sig maten och springa till förestÀllningen. Vi blev severade av 4 olika servitriser, och kommunikationen mellan dem funkade inte. Blev mycket missförstÄnd.

Maten var jÀttegod! Mycket fint upplÀgg, goda smaker och passlig storlek!

Personalen var dock stressad, oartiga och gav inte det bÀsta bemötandet. Med tanke pÄ priserna pÄ rÀtterna, förvÀntar man sig ett mycket bÀttre bemötande. De förklarade inte varför det tog sÄ lÀnge och vi fick ingen ursÀkt. Vi frÄgade om vi kunde fÄ vÄra drinkar gratis dÄ vi tvingades vÀnta sÄ lÀnge men det fick vi inte.
