I love pho and I was on a search to find what bowl of pho would be best here in Aix.

I noticed the pho reviews for this place were great and I saw few bad ones saying the broth was lacking flavour and ignored them.

Indeed it was true to my surprise that the broth was heavily lacking flavour. I got just the Pho and this rating is only going to be talking about the Pho, the other dishes looked great.

Noodles (slightly undercooked surprisingly) 5/10

Meat (some chewy and dry cuts of meat) 4/10

Broth (heavily lacking in flavour) 4/10

Portion (smallest portion of pho I’ve ever had)

Overall 4,5/10 for this pho so for those that are looking for a nice bowl of pho, I’d recommend eating the other dishes since I feel their quality would be much better.

I really wanted to like this place but ended up having a very unpleasant experience. I ordered a beef noodle soup (pho) and the soup tasted a bit like cheese, and the beef also tasted the same, which led me to think that some bad smell from beef seeped into the broth. But I could still eat them, so I just continued eating. But as I was finishing the noodle soup I found a very small fruit fly in the broth and this was just disgusting. This is a small restaurant that focuses of takeout and delivery, but also has a small umber of tables. It is located off the beaten (but very close to it) so it isn't awash in tourists like the other restaurants in the area.

The food is simple fresh and plentiful. I had a shrimp spring roll and a 'small' bowl of pho. Both were excellent, using fresh ingredients and focusing on flavour. I will definitely be back before...
