Perfect Stay in the Heart of Aix-en-Provence: friendly service and great Location
The staff at this hotel were the highlight — exceptionally friendly and accommodating, eager to assist and provided great dining recommendations. We were so delighted by the city that we decided to extend our stay by an additional night, and the staff handled the extension seamlessly.
The hotel’s location is ideal, situated right in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. This central positioning enabled us to walk everywhere, easily exploring the city.
For those driving, parking is conveniently managed; the hotel staff directed us to a public parking facility just 2 minutes away. We suggest using a small car, as the narrow streets are typical of many European cities and are small and difficult to navigate with a large car.
The room nice and simple and provided a comfortable and quiet retreat after days spent exploring the city. Additionally, the downstairs areas of the hotel are well set up for various uses throughout the day — enjoying breakfast in the morning, working on a computer or reading a book in the afternoon.
Aix-en-Provence itself is like a living postcard, and our stay at this hotel made it all the more easy to appreciate the beauty and charm of this...

Wifi worked fine, heat was nice and adjustable, balcony window had a nice view and was quiet. Bathroom was functional with basic amenities. Overall a nice stay and nice sized. basic, decent, room. The view from the rooftop terrace was nice and we enjoyed Mt St Victoire. We didn't do happy hour as we never got back in time. The hotel is about 12 minute walk from the bus station. Their closest parking is Parc Cardeur and is only about a 7 minute walk- it's tricky to get your car to the right streets for the entrance. You do it once and you learn the route but avoid finding it a night like we did. Hotel is walkable to everything (5-10 minutes) and while we avoided the fee based breakfast, the Carrefour City was 5 minutes away for daily yogurt and fruit. The staff are nice but not overly; but nothing to write home about.|Would I stay here again? I would as the room is good sized, there were no issues, and the hotel is close to everything which is why I chose it. It was nicely priced as well compared to others in the area. parking can cause anxiety but c'est la vie. Merci Beaucoup...
Read moreVery very rude and unprofessional receptionist. We had an early flight and breakfast was already served when we were at check out. Wanted to grab one croissant and she didn’t allow us as breakfast was not opened???!!! When I made a comment that this is rude as we have breakfast paid she continued to argue with me. Very very unprofessional. We had breakfast paid and the brakfast was served already. Would not recommend
Dear Jasmine - following your reply - the breakfast is not in separate room but part of lobby?? So I didn't enter the "closed" breakfast room, but I was sitting there as any other guest would be. Breakfast was already served and not protected by any kind of covering for food and it lied there for addition 2 h befoe you open your breakfast?? I asked if i can have coffee even though in any quality hotel this would be normal to serve coffee and drinks for the breakfast that we paid. And yes, your receptionis was rude as I only wanted to grab some bread - not your served and not covered eggs or salami. Shame that you "trust" your employees so much and you try to make me feel like I did something wrong which is not true. Your service is bad and you...
