Restaurant Chez Nino — Restaurant in Apt

Zuvor hieß es Chez Nino und war immer gut. Jetzt Chez Charles die Katastrophe. Überteuert nur eine Handvoll Gerichte. Hysterische freche Chefin die kein Restaurant führen kann. Schlechte Qualität. Dass angeblich der Koch krank ist und es keine Pizza und kein Eis gibt kann passieren. Vielleicht auch dass das WC schmutzig und ohne Papier ist aber nicht dass man statt einem salade mediterrane einen italienischen mit trockenem Mozarella und Schinken ohne Geschmack serviert und dann nach Reklamation behauptet das sei doch der mediterrane Salat. Dann warf die Chefin Thunfisch und Anchovis über den rohen Schinken. Das Mädchen das bediente hatte keine Ahnung. Sie brachte 3,5 kleine Baguettestückchen. Ich sagte ruhig und leise dass ich insgesamt enttäuscht bin woraufhin mich die Chefin als Ausländerin beleidigte die keinen Respekt vor Franzosen habe. Dabei krisch sie so laut dass es alle anderen Gäste hörten und schoss permanent aggressiv mit Pistolenfinger auf mich. 17,50€ für einen unappetitlichen Salatmix plus Getränke unverschämt. Was diese unfreundliche aggressive Chefin angeht siehe andere Rezensionen. It used to be good Chez Nino. Now it is just terrible Chez Charles. Only 4-5 things on the menu. They said the chef was ill. Therefore no pizza. No ice cream. No toilet paper and dirty. I ordered Mediterranean salad. The girl who had no idea delivered Italian salad and insisted that was the right one. When I asked the lady boss they threw tuna and anchovies on top of the dry mozarella and tasteless ham creating a terrible mixture. This came with 3.5 tiny pieces of baguette. I told the waitress quiet and calm that I was disappointed. The boss who claimed to be the mother yelled and screamed at me aggressively with her pistol finger pointing at me that I was a foreigner who had no respect of the French. Avoid this place. Very bad experience. We ordered 5 pizzas but after 1hr of waiting the staff told us all the pizzas were sold out. They asked if we wanted something else, after bringing us the menu again we waited 40 minutes before the waiter came back to our table so we decided to leave. Even after all this waiting we did not receive any discount or apologies when leaving...

They said they had a dark chocolate crepe. We got a crepe with a sirup that tasted really bad. We had one bite out of it. The manager saw it 3 times that we are not eating it and she ignored it completely. There is a way better crepe very close and cheaper and they were nicer. A little up the road...
