Cycling along the coast looking for an oyster shack, we were arrested by this charming, elegant little restaurant on the quayside. I asked a lot of silly questions - like was the seafood cooked? And did it come with bread? But they were patient and good humoured.

Yes there was bread, olives, a very welcome glass of wine, perfect while sitting at the waterside watching the boats. The oysters - a specialty of this area, were of course raw, and wonderful - a mouthful of gorgeous sea- tasting loveliness, and all the other seafood was cooked perfectly - clams, prawns, crab, little cockles and whelks, crevettes with two flavours of aioli. Everything was cooked simply and with confidence - as you would expect with seafood this fresh and of such fantastic quality.

The service was outstanding - cheerful, sympathetic - I knocked over my glass of wine and they simply commiserated and topped it up without fuss.

Not one for budget travellers probably but an absolute gem if you...

Such a pleasure to have lunch there, we called at the time of opening (12) to make a reservation at 12h30 the place wasnt busy on a Wednesday but still the reservation got us a time close to the view . My grandmother love this place we ordered the menu of 30s euro wich includes starters entrance and, dessert the oysters are served in the way they should with a little spoon for it ( mini fork ) the waiters are nice and they seem to know their clients as they were greeting some of them regulars talking about their families. Wine options are great they helped me pairing mine with the duck altough personal opinion and taste the saint emilion is a bit competitive on the taste with the duck I like to have a more smooth wine but again it’s just my opinion! The dessert was incredible , a pavlova with fresh red fruits we finished with a coffee . 83 euros for two people 2 glasses if wine . Fair for...

Great restaurant in accordance with the price to performance ratio of the region. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Check out their digital menu and pictures for a full picture. More than willing to accommodate intolerances and nutritional constraints.

Average spend of 75 EUR with starters and mains, including some deserts for the group and a couple drinks + tip, is highly acceptable. One main dish arrived late, which would have usually prevented the flawless experience and review. Considering that they were more than happy to accommodate a gluten intolerance and vegetarian preference in one dish with not just a salad makes up for the delay though and warrants a great review. Reserve early for the best view since tables / best view seats are given by order of...
