Homely and busy cafe beside Les Halles. Had a nice lunch here with soup and ham and cheese tart. Staff were attentive but were under pressure due to the amount of customers. This lead to a long wait. Lunch was nice and the banana and chocolate tart was the best tart I had in a while. While it was a little on the expensive side I would visit again.

Nous cherchions un coin bien cosy pour lire autour d’un goûter. Ça a été une superbe découverte ! Sophie (je croie que c’est son prénom) nous accueilli avec un grand sourire et nous avons goûté ses gâteaux faits maisons. Délicieux ! On a pu s’installer dans un coin sur des fauteuils et lire nos livres tranquillement. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. On a même repris une deuxième tournée de boissons. Je recommande ce petit café chaleureux et la gentillesse de sa propriétaire !

Lunch was nice and the banana and chocolate tart was the best tart I had in a while. While it was a little on the expensive side I would visit again.

Was met with complete and utter arrogance from the blonde girl behind the counter today. All we wanted was to have a coffee.

If you are none white or Easter European AVOID AVOID AVOID this place!!!’

I cannot respond to your answer to my review so i have had to edit it.

There were more than 5 tables free at the time and also space outside to seat 3 of us. I have been travelling around Europe long enough to know when the "reservation" or "full booked" excuses are used not to serve none white people! And this is one of them!

This is a charming café, offering the best coffee I had during my 5 nights stay in Lourdes. Sophie was kind, hospitable and friendly. She made me a delicious light diner which I needed to offset the heavy foods we typically find around. Wry grateful to have found this...
