KFC Arles — Restaurant in Arles

I had the craving for some KFC well seasoned crispy chicken, so I went in and ordered 5 pieces of fried chicken.

After paying the same price I'd pay for two entire raw chickens on a supermarket, I sit down on a sticky table that smelled like a dirty floor mop, and after a couple of minutes a worker brang 5 soggy reheated bland pieces of dry chicken breast.

I returned them and asked if they could give me something freshly cooked. They said yes, and five minutes later I got 5 pieces of not-so-soggy bland pieces of dry chicken breast.

If that was really fresh, then I guess the KFC I remember just doesn't exist anymore.

Finally, when I finished my meal, not only it was expected from me to bring the shelf to the trash can, but also to sort the trash in different containers. What am I paying for exactly?

The covid passport (qr) process have to be smoother..I was at the automat already doing my order when some lady with cleaning things came to ask something in french and did not speak english..then a man came from backside with a tablet asking for qr-code.... They should have asked it already on the door? Food was nice and service fast...

Je mettrai zéro étoile si c'était possible ! Le mois dernier sur trois menus commandés il nous manquait 1 frite et juste 2 pauvres sauces au fond du sac. Et pour finir même pas de serviettes🥲.Aujourd'hui, au drive, 3 menus commandés mais cette fois si vérifiés. Et une nouvelle fois 1 frite manquante et 2 pauvres sauces au fond du sac. Par contre il y avait les serviettes oufffff 😅. Nous demandons de rectifier le fait qu'il manque 1 frite, on nous dit alors d'aller attendre plus loin. Quelques minutes plus tard, une employée sort avec un sac et nous remet en question en nous disant que toutes les frites sont dans notre sac. Nous lui proposons qu'elle vérifie d'elle même mais nous avons eu le droit à aucune réponse. La personne est partie après nous avoir balancer le sac, sans s'excuser du tord et sans même un bon soir. Donc très mauvais employés qui font mal leur travail, qui sont impolis, et je dirai plus des escrocs car cette expérience s'est...
