I chose this place based on some of the reviews, it's atmosphere was specifically called out along with the large floor to ceiling windows with the Paris skyline views which i was intrigued about but it wasn't the main reason for going as it was unlikely to get a seat considering I hadn't booked. The menu I thought at first was limiting but I found out the menu changes every 5 weeks or so. The experience was superb from walking to the front door and getting acknowledged by the security right the way to the unexpected tasters and phenomenal service. But there is a specific reason I give such a 5 star review, will recommend this place to my French work colleagues and will return and that is because of the head waitress and the waitress that served us, allow me to explain. The head waitress called Arlette took my call 20 minutes before we turned up and allocated a table, her English was great and could not be more accommodating. When we arrived Arlette knew instantly who we were (presumably) from my lack of French I'm sorry to say, and made up a table right in front of the windows facing the Paris skyline, it was arguably the best seat in the place. Then came the service from Lydias, but it was her positive attitude, constant smile and effort to accommodate our lack of French that I was most impressed with. The food arrived promptly, it was very good, and we left with a very memorable experience. If you can please continue to have the standard that Arlette sets and Lydias executes then you will continue to be a world class...

I've been there for dinner with my family (2 adults and 2 kids) on July 14th. The place is beautiful - industrial modern style while also managing to feel warm and cozy. The main view was most impressive, landing on La Defense. We unfortunately didn't take advantage as we've probably got the least ideal positioned table in the restaurant that evening - it's also true that I booked quite last minute, so that's that. Think about making reservations early if you plan to go. We did watch the fireworks as the restaurant had an unobstructed view over the Eiffel Tower on one side. What really stood out was the food - it was really delicious from amuse-bouche to desert. I'll also mention the person who received us and constantly checked on us throughout the evening - very welcoming. The restaurant had a valet parking service that we've used and the attendant there was truly one of the nicest and most efficient we ever had. There were two things that I could see improving - the service felt a bit inconsistent throughout the evening - long waiting times between some courses and very short ones between others. And those toilet signs (!) - in a time where I do my best to teach my daughters the importance of gender equality in all senses, those signs quite grated on my eyes - sorry:) But overall a great experience, I definitely recommend...

Nice fine dining "Bistro" restaurant with a great view and interior.

The menu is limited to a few dishes that will be updated regularly. We tried most of the items on the menu with the full set of starter, main and dessert. All the plates were delicious and well balanced. The full set is enough to be full by the end of the meal and various options (from light to heavier) are available. The pork belly piece was amazing, a perfect blend of fat, juicy meat and caramelized sauce. The starters were fresh and tasty. The signature dessert is the Paris Brest from Norbert and it is truly good, not too heavy compared to its size, creamy, nutty and light. The chocolate dessert was great too.

The interior of this place is very nice and cozy with this dark and woody decoration. It really feels like a fancy mountain chalet in the alps. Plus the view on top of the hills to the business district of Paris is very nice. It is a great atmosphere for a date dinner, business dinner or even a nice family or group meal 👌👌

The wine menu is nice, with good choices of wine by the glass 🤩

The restaurant will take care of your jacket, and the staff is well trained and serious. Great service overall.

It is a fine-dining menu so it is on the pricey side. But it didn't feel...
