Service was dreadfully slow and it's as if we were being ignored....perhaps it's because we're Americans and don't speak French? Idk...got sat right away and sat there for 15 minutes with no one acknowledging our table. We kept seeing servers pass by us multiple times, in and out of the kitchen. Even seeing one or two of them chat with their tables. It's a Wednesday night, so it wasn't super busy when we arrived. Ultimately, we had to flag someone down to place our order, ask for our check, and waited a little too long for the check to even be picked up. If you're a foreigner visiting from out of town, avoid this place. If you're a local and speak French, you'll probably get service right away. My margherita pizza was undercooked in the center and I had to eat some of it with a fork (even though the outside of the crust was a little charred). My husband had the carbonara pasta and loved it. Even after our food was dropped off, no one stopped by to see how we were doing. I've had better service at low-end restaurants in America than this place...please teach your staff to actually provide service. And good...
   Read moreWe were recommended this restaurant by our hotel. When we arrived, we were waiting by the door for quite some time before being pointed to a table by a waiter. He didn't greet us, or walk us to a table with menus, just pointed. We sat at the table for 10mins without a menu, while the waiter walked past us 3 times, paying absolutely no attention to us. He even gave a menu to a couple who came in 5 minutes after us! When he finally came, he asked us for our drink order, to which I replied that we weren't even given a menu! For some reason he says, "you dont speak french", not sure why that was relevant as a lot of reviews are from tourists, and he spoke to us in english anyway. He then gets us a menu (which didn't show the starters) and disappears again, and doesn't return. 10mins later, we left the restaurant! After reading reviews of this place, we were excited to try the food; we even walked there in the pouring rain! But having received such bad customer service, it ruined our night. We'll definitely be giving this feedback...
